Clubhouse Rules & Regulations

All requests for reservations must be submitted in writing to the President of the Board of Directors at least 7 days prior to the date requested. All requests will be honored on a first come first served basis. Extended club reservations for meetings held on a regular basis will be considered a priority. (Example: 3rd, Tuesday 7:00 PM Board Meetings)

Individual Reservations:

Clubhouse only (pool may not be reserved) may be reserved by Unit 1 homeowners for use by residents and their guests only. All requests for reservations must be submitted in writing to the President of the Board of Directors at least 7 days prior to the date requested. All requests will be honored on first come first served basis with scheduled community events taking priority.

Security Deposit:

A $100.00 deposit on individual reservations is required. Upon satisfactory inspection (see rules) by President or his appointee, deposit will be fully refundable.

Rules:

1. The Clubhouse and Pool use is restricted to residents and their guests.
2. The person reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for:
A. Cleaning (including restrooms) of the area after use and clean up must be completed immediately after function is finished
B. Do not attach anything to walls with scotch tape, nails or tacks
C. All windows and doors must be closed and locked
D. Repair and replacement of any damaged, broken or lost
items which are fixtures of the clubhouse or any item
contained therein.
E. Request the President or his appointee to inspect the
Clubhouse before and after use.
F. Receive and sign a copy of the Clubhouse Rules and Regulations from the President or his appointee.
G. Music is allowed if it doesn’t disturb neighbors.
3. Rivendell Unit 1 Neighborhood Association assumes no responsibility for loss of personal property or injury while using the Clubhouse or pool and/or its facilities for private functions.
4. Use of the Clubhouse does not include exclusive use of the pool.
